Japanese Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
7 slices of cheddar cheese (about 28g a slice)
200ml milk, fresh milk @
4 eggs
75gm self raising flour
75gm butter
100g sugar
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

How to Prepare:
1. Tear small cheese and mix together susu.Masak low heat .. Stir occasionally.
2. When you've ruined enter butter until melted, turn off heat and leave to cool.
3. Separate white and yolk in a different container.
4. Beat egg whites with sugar and cream until fluffy and upgrade of meringue (horned).
5. Then whisk the egg yolks until fluffy and add cheese mixture last (censored)
6. Stir in the flour little by little and stir gently until well blended.
7. Then add the egg white mixture and mix until well blended Fold
8. Lapikkan pan and rub with a little butter.
9. Place the pan in a pot of hot water
10. Preheat oven .. can be burned in 1 hour 30 minutes or according to the respective heat oven.
